Physical and Mental Health – How to Find Happiness in Life

4051681028_3294902099_mWhen I started looking for psychotherapy for my own depression I could not imagine that this was the beginning of a 19 year journey.

I have already given you many explanations in my articles. Here are in a few words my most important lessons:

- You have inherited a wild conscience which is totally absurd. This is your primitive conscience, which didn’t evolve like your human side. Your wild side occupies the biggest part of your brain. It is your animal side, which keeps trying to destroy the human side of your conscience through craziness in order to control your behavior.

- The unconscious mind that produces your dreams speaks to your human side through images and scenes, protecting you from the attacks of the anti-conscience which is your immoral and violent wild side.

- All dream images have a symbolic meaning, which follows the dream logic, and not the logic of your human conscience. This means that you must absolutely study the dream language in order to understand the meaning of the dream images that appear in your dreams. These images are dream symbols that give you very important messages.

- Carl Jung managed to discover the hidden meaning of dreams, as I could prove with my work. I continued his research while using his method of dream interpretation. I discovered the anti-conscience, the wild side of the human conscience, that Jung could not see because he stopped his research at a certain point. The anti-conscience provokes all existent mental illnesses within the human side of our conscience.

- I also discovered that the unconscious mind has a divine origin, and it is much wiser than what Jung concluded with the knowledge he had. The unconscious mind can cure any mental illness or physical disease by curing our psyche. The unconscious psychotherapy is based on the elimination of the anti-conscience by transforming it into a positive component of our human side.

The anti-conscience belongs to you; it is your primitive personality. You cannot read its thoughts because you cannot penetrate into its mind. However, it can penetrate into the human side of your conscience and interfere with your thoughts.

The anti-conscience is absurd and violent. It takes advantage of your despair to offer absurd solutions to your problems.

Never try to solve a problem by accepting what is bad and immoral, because this is how the anti-conscience will manage to destroy the human side of your conscience. The anti-conscience’s solutions appear camouflaged as if they were logical ones. However, as you follow them you are dominated by craziness, ending up in terror.

You have to study dream interpretation according to the scientific method and learn the dream language, so that you may be able to save your mental health from the anti-conscience’s attacks. You’ll acquire perfect mental health forever if you study and apply the dream wisdom you will be receiving.

This is how you will also find physical health, peace, wisdom, love and happiness in life, because everything depends on your attitude.

The wild beast that exists inside you must not transform you into a monster. Of course not! You must transform the beast into a wise, sensitive and humble human being.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.
