Dream Therapy and The Brilliant Method of Dream Interpretation Discovered by Carl Jung

3585003336_26be18841f_mAll dream images have a symbolic meaning. All dream images contain hidden messages. The accurate translation of the symbolic meaning of the dream images is possible only thanks to the brilliant method of dream interpretation discovered by Carl Jung. Nobody else could discover the real meaning of dreams and understand the unconscious guidance.

Jung’s victory is quite visible when we understand the wise guidance of the unconscious mind in the dream images. We verify into practice that we are discovering things about us that we know but we couldn’t admit, or things that we ignored. However, we understand that the ignored information we receive fits with many known factors.

I looked for the real meaning of dreams studying many methods until I could finally verify that only Jung’s method is real. His method is very complicated and obscure, but I managed to simplify and clarify it for you.

I teach you how to directly look at the dream images the same way you look at symbols. For example, a stop sign in the street is a symbol. It means that no matter what, you have to stop your car before going ahead. Other cars have the right to keep running at this point of the street. You have to respect the stop sign for your own safety.

Exactly the same happens with the dream symbols. They are signs that give you certain information; they tell you that you must stop before going ahead, or they tell you something else that you can understand when you learn the meaning of dreams according to the scientific method.

Your dreams basically reflect the mistakes you make because you had traumatic experiences in the past and you are influenced by the wild side of your conscience (anti-conscience). Your wild anti-conscience takes advantage of your traumatic experiences in order to control your mind and your behavior. The unconscious mind gives you information about how much your anti-conscience is influencing your mind and behavior in the dream images.

For example, you may have a dream in which you are with your mother. You may believe that this is a positive dream, but the presence of your mother always indicates that you are being controlled by your anti-conscience. Your mother in dreams represents the origin of your evil animal nature. She is a negative dream symbol.

Therefore, only by seeing your mother in a dream, even if the dream is not a nightmare and it seems to be pleasant, you already know that you are being controlled by your absurd anti-conscience. You must be careful.

Now, you have to think about what is happening to your life. If you had the intention to do something important about a certain matter, after having a dream about your mother, you will understand that you must change your plans. Since your mother is with you in a dream, this means that your animal nature is deciding what you are doing on your behalf.

How can your anti-conscience control your mind and your behavior?

The anti-conscience is your primitive conscience. However, it is an active part of your brain. It is not a fossil. You ignore its functioning and you cannot read its thoughts, but the anti-conscience can read your thoughts and even send you absurd thoughts.

The anti-conscience controls your mind and your behavior when you pay attention to its absurd thoughts and you follow these thoughts, thinking that they are your own. You have to learn how to detect these absurd thoughts through dream translation.

When you follow the anti-conscience’s absurd thoughts, you also show abnormal behavior. The anti-conscience has the chance to control your body when you follow its absurd thoughts because it takes the place of your ego. In other words, you become a puppet of your anti-conscience, without understanding what is happening to you.

You are the human being concentrated into the tiny human conscience of an under-developed primate. However, you, the so insignificant part of the brain of an under-developed primate, must control your mind and your behavior, instead of letting your animal nature decide what you should think and what you should do. In order to achieve this goal, you have to transform your primitive anti-conscience into a positive component of your human conscience through consciousness.

What is consciousness?

Consciousness is your capacity to understand the meaning of your actions and analyze the objective characteristics of your reality. When you acquire consciousness you understand your mistakes and you learn how to do only what is good for you and your community.

You transform your anti-conscience into a positive component of your human conscience by acquiring consciousness through dream translation. This means that you understand what is good or bad, and you stop making mistakes. Therefore, you (the human being) control your thoughts and your behavior, instead of being controlled by your evil animal nature.

You are very intelligent, but right now all your brain power goes wasted because it belongs to your primitive anti-conscience. This is a shame! It is also very dangerous because your anti-conscience generates mental illnesses within your human conscience.

Dream therapy according to the scientific method helps you avoid the traps of your primitive conscience, and at the same time, it helps you become more intelligent.

How does it work?

You simply have to write down your dreams in a dream journal and keep also a diary. Your dreams talk about you and your life. Many times they give you answers for the problems you are facing in your daily life. Other times they give you behavioral lessons, showing you the mistakes you make for being under-developed. You also receive information about everyone else, and about everything that is important for you.

For example, Greg dreamt that he was driving his car and he was going to the gas station. However, instead of doing what he had the intention to, he goes to a theater and he watches Romeo and Juliet.

We have to learn a few details bout the dreamer in order to translate this dream. Greg is a young man who is in love with a beautiful girl he met in a business conference. However, he doesn’t know how to approach her. He is very afraid to be rejected or humiliated.

The car represents the dreamer’s life. The way he drives his car is the way he drives his life.

He was going to the gas station in order to feed his car with gasoline, what means that he would get energy (gasoline) for his life (car).

However, instead of getting energy he goes to a theater, which represents a false situation. In other words, the dreamer forgets his obligation to get the energy he needs, and he wastes his time with a false representation of the truth (theater).

Romeo and Juliet is a sad couple. They had a tragic love story.

Therefore, Greg believes in false representations of the truth, and this is why he is afraid of a tragedy. In his case, the tragedy means a big deception (for being rejected by the girl he loves).

We have to learn more about his life in order to understand why he believes in false representations.

In his next dream, Greg is in an open field and he wants to ride a horse. However, he doesn’t know if he will be able to make the horse follow a certain path and he is afraid to get lost. He abandons the horse and he goes to a bus stop. Then, he takes a bus.

The open field indicates a situation not well-defined.

The horse in dreams represents courage. The dreamer should ride the horse in order to have the courage to approach the girl he loves. However, he is afraid to be controlled by the horse and get lost instead of controlling the horse and follow a safe path.

This means that Greg is afraid to be too self-confident (controlled by the horse) and perhaps, show ridiculous behavior.

Now we can understand that the false representations of the truth (theater) of his previous dream are related to the fact that he believes in false concepts. Greg believes that if he will show courage he won’t be able to control his behavior (control the horse).

He is afraid that if he will show self-confidence he might do something extraordinary, like kissing the girl he loves. However, he believes that his self-confidence will make him face a humiliation because he thinks that he will be rejected by the special girl. He doesn’t believe that he has real chances to be successful if he will have the courage to clearly confess his feelings.

He has the false impression that those who show courage are humiliated (because he had traumatic experiences in the past, and his anti-conscience doesn’t let him overcome his fears).

The bus is a vehicle that always follows a known journey, without giving new alternatives to its passengers. This means that the dreamer’s life follows a journey without new alternatives (bus) because he is afraid to show courage (ride the horse).

Greg’s fears, his negative thoughts, and his absurd behavior are generated by his anti-conscience. The anti-conscience takes advantage of his previous traumatic experiences and the mistakes he makes for being one-sided, misleading his conscience.

Dream therapy will help him stop making mistakes. The unconscious mind gives many important lessons to all dreamers.

As you can see, all dream images give a message to the dreamer. His car represents his life, the theater represents his false impressions, the horse represents courage, and the bus represents lack of new alternatives.

Once you master the dream language, you learn how to look at the dream images the same way you look at traffic signs in the streets. You immediately see what each image represents in dreams, and not what it means in your daily life.

For example, when you’ll see a horse in a dream, you won’t think that the horse is an animal. You’ll immediately remember its symbolic meaning; courage.

This means that when you’ll look at the dream images, you’ll immediately understand the symbolic messages of the unconscious mind. The unconscious messages will help you understand what causes abnormalities in your mind and behavior, showing you how to successfully solve your problems.

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to accurately translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.
