How to Let Go of The Past and Be Happy Today

3010187113_a3a72986c4_mI’m going to write a quick article for you, because I know that if you are following my articles you are probably missing them.

I’m in Brazil because my father died and I came here for his funeral, so I’m dealing with his lawyers, properties, etc, and having many sad days in Sao Paulo where I used to live, and also going to Nova Odessa all the time. My father lived for many years in Americana, near Sao Paulo, where he had a weaving factory. Then he moved to Nova Odessa, near Americana, after closing the factory, and opening a store for the storage of cloth for factories there.

Each time I come here I remember my childhood and my teen years, because I lived here only until I turned 17 and a half years old…

My heart is Brazilian and I miss my country very much! So, today I’m going to write about the importance of having roots, friends, and everything that belongs to your past, and how to let go of the past if you don’t like it.

It’s important for you to remember everything, so that you may compare your life now with what it used to be, paying attention to your personal evolution, and many things more.

Are you happy with your life?

Are you happy with the person you are now?

Do you believe that you have learned, and you have done many important things in your life?

Think about that for a while.

Your past is a collection of precious lessons, no matter if it was sad and you don’t like it at all.

Think also about everything new that has happened in your life and changed its route.

But don’t avoid thinking a lot about your past before trying to let it go, while comparing the person you used to be with the person you are now, because you have to evolve, and be very satisfied with yourself if you want to be happy in your life.

Don’t worry if you don’t like your personality and the way you live, because there is a magical solution that will help you evolve right now, completely developing your intelligence and becoming totally self-confident: the scientific method of dream interpretation. Your own dreams will teach you everything that you need to learn in order to reach a new level of consciousness.

I’ve suffered very much in my life, but I discovered salvation, wisdom, health, peace and happiness by learning how to translate the meaning of my dreams. I preferred to follow this road and obey to the teachings I was having from the saintly and wise unconscious mind, instead of being the selfish, demanding and impatient person I used to be.

I’m grateful because I had many good friends in the past, but I don’t like my past personality. Fortunately, today I’m very different from the person I was before, and I don’t look like my father, who was an unbearable creature that had no sense of justice…

If you want to feel much better for being who you are now, just learn how to translate your own dreams like me, and the dreams of everyone else as well, so that you may see what makes a real difference in life, and how you can be always satisfied with your personality and your achievements, no matter what kind of past marked your life.

You’ll learn how to change everything, and be happy now!

Christina Sponias continued Carl Jung’s research into the human psyche, discovering the cure for all mental illnesses, and simplifying the scientific method of dream interpretation that teaches you how to exactly translate the meaning of your dreams, so that you can find health, wisdom and happiness.
